We have chosen to link ourselves to the world of specialty coffee because we believe in the value of a quality product coming from a controlled and sustainable supply chain, in which a network of organizations works to guarantee coffee producers a profit margin and a minimum price for the product .

Coffee pour everybody
For many, the easiest way to transition from commercial to specialty coffee is through pour-over, or filter extraction. We often describe this experience as a tea ritual: a slow process of preparation, presentation and tasting to achieve sensorial harmony in the cup. We prepare three different types: V60, aeropress and chemex.
We pair specialty coffee with an “all-day brunch” menu. Scrambled eggs, avocado toast, pancakes, yogurt and French toast; enjoy an international brunch under the Bolognese arcades. Everything is prepared with fresh products from local businesses, often even from the neighborhood!
Brunch is served every day, from Monday to Friday, from 10.30am to 2.30pm, while on Saturdays from 10.30am to 1.30pm
